Adam is a licensed Investment Advisor Representative and is the Retirement Plan Managing Director for Stewardship Wealth Advisors in Fort Worth, Texas.
Adam authored "Who Made these Stupid Rules?" in 2016 and has been a keynote speaker at many conferences & events over the years. He launched the 401k Cheat Codes YouTube channel in 2023 as a fun & unique way to bring retirement plan content & information to the forefront.

I love helping business owners, business professionals, nonprofit organizations, financial advisors and CPAs structure and maintain retirement plans which make sense and most of all achieve their business goals. Too often these professionals don't get the help they need. The retirement plan world can be extremely complicated and scary. Often a simple question receives a 'dissertation of verbiage' more complicated and confusing than the question deserved. Aren't you tired of that! I am and I work in this industry!
My experience started as a partner in a business asking questions about my company's own retirement plan. I can remember hearing words and phrases which often led me to wishing I had never asked the question in the first place. Years later after selling our business, I was hired by a Third Party Administration firm (TPA) and my journey continued to find a better way of simplifying the complicated. More than 20 years later, I have been able to help literally thousands of business professionals find the answers they need so their retirement plan not only works, but it accomplishes their goals and objectives. And best of all they understand it! Amazing when a plan comes together!
